What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow. Our life is the creation of our mind. – Buddha
Hypnosis can help refocus your attention towards regular mindfulness practice

Do you enjoy meditating but struggle to do it regularly?
We all know that medi-tation has huge benefits for our mental and physical well-being.
And even if you only meditate once in a while, you are likely to see positive changes in the way you feel. Read More Here. . . . .
Differences between hypnosis and meditation
The goals of hypnosis and mediation are different although there are similarities. Medi-tation may be used as a general way of ‘stilling’ the mind or as part of a wider spiritual system whereas hypnosis may be used more specifically to cure a phobia, stop nightmares and help lift the debilitating effects of depression.
Both states involve stilling parts of the mind so that other parts can become activated but medi-tation involves a little more conscious direction. In fact the lotus position (which, in my opinion is not the most relaxing way of sitting) may have originated to stop students going from a state of medi-tation into hypnosis.
